Educational qualification:

 
i) M.Sc. Physics/Materials science/ Chemistry with First class in U.G.  and P.G. or an M.Tech in Electronics/ Nanoscience andTechnology/ Solid State Physics/ Laser Technology.

ii) Experience in related research area.

iii) NET-JRF/ GATE is essential.

Salary: Rs.31,000+ 21% HRA (Rs.38,440/-)
