Nationals who are exceptionally bright and motivated with an established record of
high quality research for the position of MNRE Chair Professor in the Institute
Name of the Posts:
RENEWABLE ENERGY CHAIR PROFESSOR
Salary:
Rs.80,000/- per month during 1st year
Rs.90,000/- per month during 2nd year
Rs.1,00,000/- per month during 3rd year.
In addition, an amount upto Rs.2,00,000/- per year will be allotted as per the need, towards Contingency expenses related to the Renewable Energy Activities / Programmes.
Age limit:
An expert preferably not exceeding 67 years of age, with 10 years of experience in the Professor cadre in reputed University / Institute or 15 years of experience in an industry / R&D laboratory in an equivalent cadre, may apply
Duration of Project: 3 Year(tentative)
Essential Qualification:
Ph. D Degree on a topic related to Renewable Energy, including newer sources of energy, with good academic background is essential. For experts with exceptional industrial background, relaxation in academic qualifications may be considered
